ALL STUDENTS MUST PRE-REGISTER. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IF YOU ARE NOT PRE-REGISTERED.

• Suggested arrival time is 7:00 a.m. A free light breakfast will be served.

• Dresses are distributed on first-come-first-served basis.

1. •Event starts at 8 a.m.
   

2. •Make arrangements to stay until 1 p.m.
   

• All participants must be pre-registered.

• Bring a copy of your registration form.

• Bring your picture student I.D. card, driver’s license, or picture ID for proof of registration.

• Since you will be trying on several prom dresses or tuxedos, please:

    - wear tights, if desired

    - no heavy make-up or perfume

    - have clean hands

1. -little or no hair care styling products
   

2. -clear deodorant only
   

3. -no food or drinks in dress area
   

ONE adult per participating student may attend event and assist in dress or tux selection, but required to attend parent program.

The St. Luke UMC Zan Holmes Community Center is

conveniently located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Grand Avenue and Glasgow, across from Samuell Grand Recreation Center. The DART bus system has convenient drop-off locations close to the center.
