Who Can Participate:

In order to qualify, male and female students must be a Junior or Senior in good standing at a participating area school district high school (academic average of at least a “C”, good record of school attendance and citizenship).

How To Participate:

In order to register, which is mandatory for event admission, students must:

• Be nominated by school counselor or key school contact

• Complete registration packet (fill in application, write essay and sign the official BuzzFree Prom Pledge). Click to download these two important forms:

• Return packet to school counselor or fax to 214-521-7253, attention BFP Registration.

• Arrive at the March 6th event no later than 8 a.m. and remain at the event until at least 1:00.

How to Sponsor/Donate:

This worthwhile event needs donated dresses, funds and an array of in-kind services and goods. For more information, contact Rebeca Douglas.

Dress and Tuxedo Donations

We accept all new and gently worn formal wear (tuxedos and prom gowns). We are not able to accept items that need dry cleaning at this time. All contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowable by the IRS. Area Dallas YMCAs are collecting your donated gowns and tuxedos. Click here for a participating location.
